The Daily Pulse had silently failed since September 12 due to citation-validator rejections. A false deploy-map claim about the agent-board Worker was corrected. Four staged patches target deployment hygiene, deploy-map reconciliation (3 publication failures), transaction orchestration, and an incident state machine with 187 unowned rows.
